  • Provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • Keep your account credentials secure.
  • Promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access.

You are responsible for activity occurring under your account.

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate applicable laws or regulations.
  • Infringe intellectual property or other rights.
  • Submit unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful content.
  • Interfere with platform security, performance, or availability.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems, data, or accounts.

We may limit, suspend, or terminate access for violations.

User Content and AI Output

You may provide prompts, product details, and other inputs ("User Content") to generate outputs.

  • You are responsible for the legality and appropriateness of your User Content.
  • You are responsible for reviewing generated outputs before publication or commercial use.
  • AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to content generated for other users.

The Service is a productivity tool and does not constitute legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including software, design, trademarks, and underlying platform technology, is owned by SellerCopy or its licensors and protected by applicable law.

Except as expressly allowed by these Terms, you may not copy, reverse engineer, redistribute, or create derivative works from the Service itself.

Subscription, Billing, and Payments

Certain features may require a paid subscription or usage-based plan.

  • You agree to pay all applicable fees associated with your selected plan.
  • Billing and payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers.
  • Pricing, plans, and feature limits may change from time to time.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or explicitly stated in a separate policy, fees are generally non-refundable.

Availability and Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, SellerCopy disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that outputs will meet your specific business outcomes.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SellerCopy and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the Service.

Where liability cannot be excluded, liability will be limited to the amount paid (if any) by you for the Service in the period reasonably related to the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk or legal exposure, or engaged in abusive behavior.

Termination does not limit rights or obligations that by nature should survive termination.

Privacy

Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective when posted. Continued use of the Service after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

Governing Principles and Disputes

If a dispute arises, both parties agree to first attempt good-faith resolution through communication. If resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be handled according to applicable law and by a competent authority with jurisdiction.
